Anti-Bullying Week in Primary 6
This week Primary 6 have been busy completing activities related to Anti-Bullying week. Today, we used toothpaste as a analogy to show how easily words can come out but how it is impossible to put them back in. We talked about some of the hurtful comments we have heard or have been used against us - we then selected four of those words; FAT, UGLY, STUPID and SPECKY and then piped them out onto baking trays using toothpaste. We chatted about how they made us feel and we recognised that although there will be times when we make the wrong choice, we must think carefully about the words we use and the impact they can have upon others.
