Autumn has officially arrived, and with it a wealth of opportunities for fun and learning. With vibrant colours and crisp leaves, this season offers an array of engaging activities for our children. Over the last couple of weeks, we have been exploring natural materials such as conkers, acorns, twigs, leaves and berries within our home corner and tuff tray areas. The children have then used these materials to create some lovely artwork for our Autumn display. To finish off each week we have our weekly cookery lesson. Today we dipped biscuits into melted chocolate and coconut to create mini hedgehogs. The children really enjoyed this activity yummy 😊
