Typo in first message-Christmas Show Arrangements for 4.00pm Show

Good morning everyone, 

We are one show down and two to go!

Apologies in first message I didn't mention this-The plan was for us to keep the children here until the 4.00pm show and that plan is still our intention. If your child is doing this, then the next part of this message is not relevant to you. Your child/children will stay in school at 3.00pm and we will give them a drink and snack. Apologies for the confusion. The show is expected to finish at 5.15pm. Please collect your child from the classroom. 

The arrangements below are for parents and children who have expressed the wish to go home at 2.00pm or 3.00pm. 
School finishes at 2.00pm & 3.00pm as normal.
There will be lollipop service as normal at 3.00pm.
If your child is going home at 2.00pm or 3.00pm and returning for the show, please be back in school for 3.45pm at the latest.
If your child is not returning for the 4.00pm show please let us know. The Shepherd's Glen gate will open until 5.30pm. 
There will be no lollipop service after the 4.00pm show. 
The show is expected to finish at 5.15pm.
It will be dark so please arrange for your child to be collected from his/her classroom.
If you are in any doubt about the arrangements, please do not hesitate to ring the office.
