MULTISPORTS AFTER SCHOOL CLUB P3, P4 AND P5

Dear parent/guardian,

I hope you are all well.

MULTI-SPORTS will continue on a Wednesday between 3.00pm and 4.00pm.

The cost is £10 for 5 weeks (Term 2 Wednesday 12^th January to 9^th February 2022)

To ensure we have the numbers to accommodate the coaches we need your child to sign up for the full 5 weeks at the outset.

There will an additional 5 weeks starting after half term in February. I will be in touch about this before half term.

Children should wear PE uniform-navy bottoms and white polo shirt with black/navy trainers.

Please complete the slip below and return to the class teacher as soon as possible.
