Easter News P1-P7 classes finish for the Easter holidays on Thursday this week (17th April 2025) at 12 noon. Traffic in and around the school will be heavier than usual. If you wish to collect your child/children earlier, please let us know. There is no canteen service on Thursday so the children will need lunch when they get home. We return to school on Monday 28th April 2025 for our summer term.

P7 Cheetahs and Lions tour ‘The Derry Walls’

On Friday, both Primary 7 classes completed a tour of the Derry Walls. Luckily we had a beautiful October morning to complete our walk. Never wanting to miss a learning opportunity we took assorted measuring tapes and trundle wheels and measured a variety of different objects including the different cannon we found on the walls. We started and concluded our tour at Magazine Gate. We were able to see the 4 original gates and the 3 additional gates added at a later stage to cope with the growing populace.
