We had a lovely visit from Lyndsey on Monday. We learned how to do turtle using the story book, puppets and posters. We use turtle to help us calm down if we are feeling upset or angry. We give ourselves a hug (just like a turtle going into their shell), say ‘stop’ and take a deep breath. We then say what the problem is and how we feel. The boys and girls did a great job acting out parts of the story, well done! 🐢🦔
