Primary 2 welcomed Ethel from the Culture Quarter who came with her lions to teach us about Chinese New Year. First she taught us a little about Chinese culture. The man she taught us a new skill she showed us how to use chopsticks correctly using pasta shapes instead of food. Ethel taught us some Chinese phrases and how to write our numbers to ten. Finally, we all got the opportunity to try out the lion costume for real!We had a fantastic time and a special thank you to the Culture Quarter.
