Shared Ed: Primary 6 exploring emotions

This week we were exploring the emotion of anger. We talked about how we looked, how we felt and what we did when we felt angry. We talked through strategies we could put in place to cope; such as counting to ten, deep breaths and listening to music or doing some yoga. We then made fidget spinners using wooden clothes pegs and elastic bands. We thoroughly loved the lesson, a big thank you to Mrs Williamson from Oakgrove IPS for facilitating.
