Week 7 of Home Learning

5th Mar 2021

Congratulations boys and girls on another successful week. What a busy week it was with both World Book Day being celebrated and Lymphedema Week. I have been impressed as always of your wonderful work.

I am very excited about Monday and cannot wait to see you all sitting back in our classroom. We will all have so much news to catch up on. I am also aware that some of you may be feeling a little nervous about coming back to school. This is totally natural, as it has been so long for some of us. But please, please do not worry! We will get back to our learning and play. We were getting the garden centre ready in the playroom yesterday, which will be great fun. If the weather stays nice and dry we will also try and get more outside play and learning too. We have lots to look forward to. Mrs White and Mrs Taylor will also be there to help us too.

Yesterday I was working in the classroom and heard some snoring, when I looked in the corner Harry the Hedgehog was sleeping on my big cosy chair with a blanket over him. I woke him up gently and he was surprised that you were not in the class! I told him it was the 4th of March, he laughed and said he fell asleep the day we left for our Christmas holidays. He had been hibernating and didn’t even miss us!

Have a look now at some of the beautiful work I have been sent. Your Shared Education work was great too about the people you love, see if you can spot yours. Please if you remember send me a picture of your favourite teddy for you to paint next week when you are back in.

Have a lovely weekend. From your super proud teacher. Mrs Kyle
